Terms of Service

1. The Service

Funnel Flick is a mobile arcade game in which players time throws at a rotating pinwheel to score points, progress through levels, and collect cosmetic items.

2. Eligibility

Funnel Flick is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you should only use the App with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

The App creates an anonymous account for you automatically so your progress can be saved. You may optionally connect Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any platform account (Apple ID / Google account) you link to the App.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases:

• Premium subscription (weekly or monthly) — removes ads and grants other in-app benefits.
• Coin packs — consumable virtual currency used within the App.

All purchases are billed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, respectively — we do not process refunds directly.

5. Virtual Currency

Coins earned or purchased in the App have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts. Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated or the App is discontinued, except where prohibited by applicable law.

6. Advertising

If you are not a premium subscriber, the App displays advertising served by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
• Exploit bugs or use unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or play the App;
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or virtual currency outside the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Chvelia Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHVELIA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROGRESS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR PURCHASES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Istanbul, Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
